What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is at midday. We are flexible whenever the next guests allow, so you get a full day at the villa.
How many guests can stay?
Each villa sleeps up to eight guests in four king bedrooms. Book both villas for up to sixteen.
What do I need for check-in?
A copy of each guest's passport, or national identity card for Sri Lankan guests, is a legal requirement. You can share it securely online before you arrive.
Is the beach really on the doorstep?
Yes. The villas sit a few feet from the beach, and you can hear the waves from the bedrooms.
What is included in the villa?
Air conditioning and ceiling fans, an infinity pool with a baby pool, a home cinema, free wifi, a modern kitchen, sunbeds and onsite parking.
Who looks after us?
A butler, a private chef and a daily housekeeper, with a gardener, pool manager, maintenance and security in the background.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included in every stay, for every guest.
How do other meals work?
Your chef cooks Sri Lankan and international dishes from an à la carte menu, served wherever you like. Each villa also has its own kitchen if you would like to cook.
Can you cater for dietary needs?
Tell us before you arrive and your chef will plan around them, for little ones too.
Families
Are the villas good for children?
Each villa has a baby pool, and baby cots are available on request. Our chef will happily cook meals the way your children like them.

Which currencies can I pay in?
You can see prices and pay in US dollars, Sri Lankan rupees or British pounds.
How do offers and codes work?
Choose an offer or enter its code when you book. Offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined.
Can I add experiences when I book?
Yes. Experiences are arranged with trusted local operators and can be added to your stay as you book.

Where are the villas?
At 68 Beach Road, Wadduwa, on Sri Lanka's south-west coast, about an hour's drive from Colombo and five minutes from Panadura town.
